Daniel is an actor who has worked extensively in film, television and theatre for over 25 years. From performances at London’s Shakespeare Globe Theatre to major film productions like THE LORD OFTHE RINGS Trilogy, to award winning indie short films OPIA and TWITCH. WHAT LIES BETWEEN offers Daniel the opportunity to dive into the challenges of exploring and delivering the many layers within the character of Jim.

Ruth has had an involvement and passion for the arts her whole life. Acting in theatre from a young age, she later moved into studying literature, where she focused on writing and poetry. Ruth has worked off and on for the last two decades in smaller roles in short films. With WHAT
LIES BETWEEN, she is taking the leap into her first major role, where she can showcase her magnetism and dynamic emotional range.
LIESHA WARD KNOX
Sarah
Liesha has worked extensively in film, television and theatre over the last 30 years. Her recent credits include TV series’ IMMI THE VEGAN, WESTSIDE, and feature film OLDER. WHAT LIES BETWEEN, sees her returning to acting after a short hiatus. Liesha is also staring in a feature film AFTER currently in production in Auckland.
PETER ELLIOTT
Michael
Peter Elliott, ONZM, has been a fixture on New Zealand television for more
than three decades. Award-nominated for his role as the scheming Rex Thorne on 1980’s soap GLOSS, he would go on to win for tele-movie UNTIL PROVEN INNOCENT, and spent four years on Shortland Street. Elliott has also guided viewers through New Zealand’s history as host and narrator of shows Explorers, Captain’s Log, and Frontier of Dreams.
